Employment Law Solutions PLLC (ELS) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used on the ELS website at www.avhgemploymentlawsolutions.com (the Site). Information You Voluntarily Submit

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by or submitted to ELS through the Site. The Site provides information about ELS, and collects information from users voluntarily provided in order to sign up to receive blog posts or newsletters, and request information from ELS. ELS only gathers “personally identifiable information” (information that relates to an identified individual) if you voluntarily submit such information to us through the contact form or the form to sign up to receive newsletters or blog posts. ELS  also collects “non-personally identifiable information” (information that does not identify a specific individual) from the Site through the use of cookies. ELS based in the New York in the United States and governed by New York and U.S. law. Please also note that this website is not intended to be used outside the U.S. or by California residents.
